Safe way to clone apps, restrict file access

1) He wants to log in to several accounts of the same app at the same time. One way to achieve this is to use clone apps, but he is worried about those apps (spying, stealing personal data etc.). You have to give a lot of permissions to them.

There are some popular clone apps but they don't seem to be trustworthy. They are from China or India. They are bundled with bloatware and obtrusive ads, or lurk you into installing recommended apps.

Do you know if there is any clone app which is trustworthy?
Or is there any way to clone app by ourselves without the need of a clone app?

2) There are some apps which need the storage permission (to store files), but it is an all-or-nothing permission. You either let them access all files or not.

Is there any way you could put your private files/pictures to a specific folder and restrict the access, so even the apps which are granted the storage permission couldn't access this folder?

Yeh, there's many app cloner type things in the Play Store. If any are actually trustworthy or not, I've never used them myself, no need, so can't really help you there.

Don't know of any myself, and what I've seen in the Play Store are from China(Hong Kong) or India. Don't know of any open source ones either.

Perhaps someone else knows of one?

The other day I cloned Youmail with the app cloner premium..and that's how I run into a serious hacker who gave me a really really really hard time for minute(more than just a minute..more like a whole week)..
The thing is..that previous to that I've cloned several apps with the same app cloner with success and not bugs what so ever..so I don't think it's not even a matter of the app..but just the chances you take.
When ever the cloned app asks you to confirm your log in information outside the app..I suggest you to run really quick!
