Kyocera C6745 will not allow recovery!!

So I have seen some devices that in one way or the other something prevents them from booting into recovery...but this Kyocera C6745 will not let me factory reset from recovery. Pin lock prevents me from doing it from settings and if I click forgot my pin it let's me type my Google info but then just says no connection when it tries to verify my info. Tried att Sim cards to try to use data to verify but nothing works. Literally. It will boot to safe mode. USB debugging was not checked so I can't get any type of PC connection going on. I am literally stumped on this one. Am I just missing something or what?please help.

No. I was just thinking that adb debugging had to be checked in Developer options in order to use adb? I know it's not checked in my device.

then check it and download adb.exe and install in your windows laptop to work eith adb note enable usb debugging.
then the command to reboot is adb reboot recovery or if is not in the app but i am sure it should be there and a .gif file to knpw how to use it

oh you vant get into phone because of wifi
then USE adb to.factory reset the phone and check and try new simcard and also flash the.stock rom again or check hardware

I can't us ADB bc I can't enable usb debugging. I said this....

sorry,but then hold the volume up button and power button or know the boot key to recovery of your phobe
most phone volumeup+powerbutton
volumedown+powerbutton one of them should go to recovery mode just be trying till it goes to recovery mode
and format it there

I have tried every combination of what you are saying many many times over. Just didnt know if I was doing something wrong. Beginning to think something is blocking it from booting recovery

Kyocera are highly locked down & very few can even Root them, let alone access recovery..
