I remember when I lived in Dallas how the wind-chill factor made the already icy temperature feel so much worse. Here at home in SoCal, we call that a gentle breeze, making the leaves rustle in 80° temps.

It was 19° this morning but warmed into the forties. I'm working in a mud hole so I welcome the frozen ground.

Not bad for an American, Mike. At least he got the correct hemisphere.

We got about 5" of the white stuff yesterday.

It was clear and 9°F (-13°C) this morning. The real cold stuff won't move in until this afternoon. Then we get -4°F with wind chills to -27° (-20°C/-33°C) Still warmer than Chicago, though.
