Most likely you are seeing a hack of your Google account, not your phone.
First, log into Google from a PC and check your alternate contact methods and remove any that are not you. Then change your password and enable 2 factor authentication. Finally, if your phone isn't rooted, backup everything you want to save, remove ALL accounts from the phone and perform a factory reset.
From there, log into the phone with your account with the changed password, but do NOT restore apps and settings. Download them fresh from the play store and set them up again manually.
If your phone is rooted, then you should flash the factory firmware.
I've done that multible times the instant I log into my email I matter if I reset phone or not it starts happening Again them the. Person comes round I know it is just I want to know why before I send all the device info I've collected and all to the police im sure they know I
Know as i have been able to stop then A time it 2 just everything I do finds another way in after. Day it was it's almost like they have a email attached I can't see 2fact does me no good it's either in the script of ghsr account or rcs feedfhat is linked through my Google drive I keep having to disconnect thank do not aith.
First things first. Review your Google Account Security. Make sure you have 2-step verification enabled and that your recovery contact information is accurate and going to an email/phone that you know is secure. Then review your security logins and see if there are devices registered that you don't own.
I've tried disconnecting all sessions and doing what j suggested already have been told I need to completely delete Google everything for the past 20 years 8d linked to that email that's alit to have you change and my business stuff all is linked with it
The play store will show any device that's been previously connected, until you remove them. Google's account device activity will show any device, including PC's, TV's, smart watches, etc that connects with your account. My question is are there any devices in that list that you don't recognize or are certain are NOT you? (or an authorized user?)

I'd create a second Gmail account and log in to the phone with that one (after a Factory reset). You'll need to download apps fresh from the Play store. before doing this, do back up anything on the phone that you want to keep.
