Games work on WiFi not mobile data

Hi. For some reason games are not starting up over mobile data but are over WiFi. I have tried every setting on my phone I can think of, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled etc but nothing has worked. I only play 2 games clash of clans and C&C Rivals, these both won't load. Data is working on other apps like deezer and Facebook and I even get notifications from Clash of Clans. Any help please.

hmmm... Have you tried to delete and reinstall them?

Thanks for your replies. I have already tried both deleting and reinstalling and turning mobile data on and off. There does not seem to be an issue with mobile data as everything else seems to be working fine. I even installed another game from SUPERCELL (clash of clans creators) and that seemed to work fine also.

Some things I have tried doing;
1. Turn phone off and back on
2. Clear all apps cache
3. Delete app and reinstall
4. Turn mobile data off and on
5. Turned app permission to access mobile data off and on.
6. Turned all other apps permission off and only the game remains on.
7. Uninstalled Google accounts and re add.
8. Uninstall Google Play Games and reinstalled.
