Is that a Russian or Chinese AK?
Romanian
The chinese polytech legend national match has a 20" heavy bbl but is not rpk profile. Also would be a $3k rifle.
Theres a Russian heavy bbl ak, the vepr fm11 but it's a 16" bbl and didnt come with a bi pod or carry handle.
Got mine right before Russian imports were band for a grand.
It would cost about $1400 now new in box

Cops responding to gunfire on Magnolia Street in Dorchester recover gun and magazine loaded with 22 rounds
By adamg on Mon, 05/06/2019 - 3:41pm

Boston Police report officers responded to Magnolia Street, near Half Moon Street on a report of gunfire around 12::30 a.m. today.

During the course of their investigation, police say, officers recovered "a .40 caliber Glock 35 handgun with one round of ammunition in the chamber and a fully loaded 22 round magazine located next to it" under the rear porch
(Snip)

A law abiding citizen can't get this in Boston.

Man it must be nice to be in big country. I'm a city boy. There is literally nowhere to shoot outside without getting arrested.

Anywho, being a "Veteran of the Peace" (1977-1981) I predate SOCOM and being in a USAF Law Enforcement K-9 unit the most modern firearm I ever got to use was a M16 X1.

Is your piece civilian?

Looks like I'm getting a colt 6920 le hbpw which is a 14.5" pinned & welded (to achieve 16.1") heavy bbl
I think this is basically a military m4 copy with extended flash hider and of course no happy switch.
And no I'm just a civilian. But I was in the salvation army.
We killed so many beers I got ptsd
But the beer helps

The smallest M4 version with fat handguards and the extended flash protector is what I trained with.
Be advised: the flash protector does not work, Say again Not work at night.

Back in advanced training at Camp Bullis I got to be the guy that ran up to within maybe 10 feet of a man shaped target about 30° uphill from me at night and empty a clip semi-auto. I think I clipped it. I was practically blinded after the first shot.

One of the trainers came down. Didn't even aim and hit at least 4 times on full-auto.

In the process of gathering stuff for my first AR build(i have one AR but I bought it rather than built it).

When it's complete it'll be:
PSA lower with gadsden flag roll mark
pistol build kit with SBA4 brace and MOE grip
Aero Precision M4E1 upper, 10.5" barrel.
Flip ups for now, might add a red dot in the future.

Here's a pic of some of my toys. Need to get a better one.

Long guns include:
S&W M&P Sport II with chinesium quadrail and MOE stock.
Zastava NPAP-DF, a yugo underfolder AK.
Mossberg 535 with 28" barrel.

Handguns include:
Ruger GP100 4" in .357 magnum
S&W SD9VE in 9MM with apex trigger kit and springs.
Ruger MK III 22/45, fun little .22 plinker
Rock Island Armory 1911, .45 ACP

Since this picture was taken, I've also picked up a gen 2 Glock 23 from a friend, including a 9mm conversion barrel, so I can shoot .40 or 9mm through it. Haven't had a chance to take it out yet.
