Just purchase my Galaxy S9 Plus and have been setting it up. I did not enter a PIN for security, instead used fingerprint reader. Did an update and now I get a lock screen that is asking for a PIN. I don't have one. There is no option to use the fingerprint reader option. How can I get past this Screen says "Use Pin After restart". I can't even turn the phone off. HELP PLEASE.

Phone was bought new from Best Buys.

I'd return it to Best Buy, see what they have to say about it. Wasn't a refurbished or ex-demo phone was it? Also a Samsung Service Centre should be able to reset and clear it. There is no user bypass for the PIN, because it's a security feature.
