Problem in Transferring Data

Well to start with, my phone(j7 prime) from the last couple of days is not transferring data either to the SD card or the Laptop.
Plus the phone can't write anything or delete, but can read data without hesitating (both Sd card and laptop
No, The SD card is not corrupted. I have checked it on other devices.
No, there's nothing wrong with my laptop.
The only way to transfer data is wirelessly, even if I want to my sd card.

Is there a fix to this or is it hardware problem??

Assumed that you have restarted the phone and it still doesn't work.

Let's see the SD card first, can you use your phone with another SD card (with the same or smaller capacity)?

Well its normal, no error
