Purchased Samsung Galaxy A6 from Virgin Mobile to Resell

I had a credit balance in my account so I used it to purchase a brand new Samsung Galaxy A6. Virgin Mobile had assured me that I could sell the locked phone to a private party. However, when I attempted to list it on sites such as Amazon, I learned that I needed to provide the phone's UPC code as part of the application process. I have repeatedly requested this from Virgin Mobile. I finally received a response which wasn't helpful. It read: "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a UPC code." Any suggestions? The 7-day window to return the phone has passed.

The UPC with barcode should be on the carton the phone came in. If you still have it? That's what they usually scan at the checkout or cashiers desk during purchase.
The only notations on the box and phone are below. Virgin Mobile couldn't locate it either. Could be that the inventory they acquired was a special arrangement:
ESN: 089706906500607376
SKU: SPHA600PAVB

GH69-32636C
Model No. SM-A600P

So there's no code that looks like this on the box then? Which I think that all products for retail sale should have on them

A UPC(Universal Product Code)
