I did check, but "More" adds other categories. What I boxed was after tapping "+ address", which gives an additional address. It isn't the main categories that are missing: such as Address, Phone Number, etc. It's the fields within the categories that are gone. So when adding a new address, I don't know which line is street or neighborhood or state, etc.
That's exactly what I needed to know. Bencze's theme doesn't remove the labels. So I'll use his. Thanks for your help. It's greatly appreciated.
