"Note 3"? that's a Samsung phone isn't it, not a Coolpad.

And that refers to "酷派 7295", which is the Coolpad 7295 phone. No idea what this "Note 3" is about though, and AFAIK is a Samsung phone.

I checked the XDA thread you posted again, and "1- Note 3 Rom ( Best one) This rom for spice mi 515/coolpad 7295" The Baidu Pan URL for this ROM has expired. No idea where you'd find this ROM now.

That's the ROM. It's still got the original Chinese filename, and the zip seems to be intact. I presume you know how to flash it to your Coolpad.
