Has 2 Gig ROM with 1.8Gig free for App installs? Only 256 Meg RAM? No Pinch to Zoom in the web browser??? "We have no idea what the Galaxy S will cost"

One of their videos even shows pinch to zoom in the browser:

You won't be able to access ROM, it's where the image file and any other system info is stored.
No idea why there is such a huge amount left over but ROM's not accessible.

As to the RAM, I personally don't believe this. I'm sure it's more like 512MB and GSMArena simply did not check the hardware correctly.

As to Pinch to Zoom in the web browser, again that can not be true.
I've seen video's where when the browser is open a guy has performed P2Z rapidly to show off the speed in which it redraws the screen.

As to costings.... From where are you purchasing from?

Probably the final and official spec sheet would be out this June 1 since it is the official launch date. I just hope they ship these phones around the world immediately!

GSMArena have now updated and altered their 9 Page review to correctly read the RAM is 512MB.
