unable to connect to adb.check the event log for a possible issue, verify that localhost entry is pointing to 127.0.0.1 or:: 1 for ipv4 or ipv6

First off, this is a development question and should have been posted here:

It seems you're on Windows and this is an Android Studio question which people need to know. If you're not on windows or using android studio, then you need to provide the correct details.

I don't use windows so I can't help you, but you should look at the log to see what it says. Also make sure you have ADB and that Android Studio is pointing to it. If you post in the development section I linked above with enough details, maybe a windows developer might be able to help.
