Email help

A while ago when I was dating this horrible person I signed in to his email on my phone. I regret that so much because now every time I try and sign up for something with an email a predictive text comes up, like a scroll box and it has his email and in it, and it just reminds me of him and he was extremely abusive
I don't know what to do I have tried so much get this off my phone

For me, I just long press on the email address I don't want in that "scroll box" you describe and it asks me if I want to remove that suggestion. This is using chrome browser.

You can also stop google keyboard(gboard) from suggesting it by long pressing the keyboard's email suggestion.

Another way I believe you can do this is to remove all autofill form data from chrome:
Chrome settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Advanced > Autofill form data
