Does your rooted tablet have a custom recovery installed, like TWRP or CWM? Basically you need to flash a suitable Gapps package for the Android version you're running, which consists of Play Store, Google Services Framework, Google Play Services, etc. Exact details and resources, I don't know these days.

That could be a problem. Because the only way I've known and I have used to install Google onto Chinese Googleless devices was via a custom recovery, and that was a few years ago with Oppo phones. There was one exception and that was Huawei, where Huawei themselves provided a specially patched Play Store package, that could be installed from their own AppGallery app store. But that is no longer supported on their newer devices, like Mate 30.

There's no international ROMs available for this Lenovo tablet, that could be flashed is there?
