I have a Note 10. I've connected Dex to my PC Laptop (via USB cable) and the app is working fine.
1. How do I mirror my Note 10, to display on my Laptop screen.
2. How do I draw on my Note 10 and have it display on my Laptop in real time (using Dex or anything else).
I need this for my class, to use my Note 10 Pen + PC as a whiteboard.
Thanks

Thank you for the reply.
I already tried that. I clicked on both the options within HDMI mode. Samsung Dex & Screen Mirroring.
Nothing happened.
(Note: I've connected the phone via a USB C to USB A wire, not an HDMI via)

Basically, I want the phone screen to show up on the Dex PC App.
And whatever I draw, shows up.

do you have dex for PC installed on the computer?

https://www.samsung.com/global/galaxy/apps/samsung-dex/

once you install this, there is no need to do anything else. you use a USB cable from your phone to the computer. open up dex and once you connect the phone you will see the phones screen on the computer.

if you have the DEX PAD, that is a different beast and you need an hdmi cable for it.

Yes. Dex is working.
However, it doesn't really show what's on the screen. Just let's me control the phone from my Laptop.

I want to draw using Penup or any drawing app on my phone and have it displayed on my laptop screen.

I mirror directly to my samsung tv and wirelessly. From the note or pc, without the need of dex.

Thank you.
What would you suggest I do instead?
does your laptop have a hdmi port? you can see if there is a usb type c to hdmi cable adapter and then you can mirror your phone to the laptop via cables.

or if you have a tv, get a chromecast hook up to the tv and then you can mirror your phone's screen to the tv wirelessly.

I have a Note 10 Plus.

I have a Windows 10 PC and I HAVE screen mirrored my display to my computer before in the past using the Samsung Dex App for PC.

Now MarcTronix be a big boy moderator and READ your clients messages and make sure you help him accurately and effectively.

I don't remember how I made my phone mirror onto the Dex for PC App but I have made it work and it has done it before.

If we can all work together I'd like to know how to do it again so we can all be happy.

You can also use the Your Phone app in Windows 10 and the Link to Windows functionality now baked in to the Note 10 settings. With that you can access notifications, messages, images and mirror your phone screen.
OK, so it has gone belly up for me due to a corruption in the device information in my Windows account but should be fine for everyone else.

It even responds to screen rotation:
