Help Audio keeps playing while getting a call on vibrate mode

Hi I am using Motorola one power most of the time my phone will be on vibrate mode.
the problem is the audio keeps playing while getting incoming call (YouTube as well play music )
Then whats the use of phone its not serving purpose of phone it should give priority to the calls
it should puse the music. its problem with only android one devices not with the motorola stock android (ex Moto G5splus/ motog6).

Please fix the issue ASAP

not sure i completely understand your issue. is it randomly picking music? you mention youtube videos? how does that work with your issue?

I will be playing music while working I use earphones and keep my phone aside.(phone will be in vibrate mode)
But I will not get to know if I get a call the music will be keep on playing

have you tried to clear cache for the music app? if it still does that, then you might have to do a factory reset.

Have you tried rsstarting/rebooting the phone, in-case it's only something acting funky?

Factory rest clearing cache e, rebooting is done there is a post in Lenovo forum as well but they clearly said that its issue with Android one.

A problem with Android one, well that would be a problem that Google needs to fix with an OTA update. Most Android devices the firmware and OTA updates comes from the manufacturers like Motorola, but with A1, that's maintained by Google.

Definitely worth you asking this in Motorola's own support forums. From what you describe in your OP, it's not right, especially if there's more than one app that keeps on playing when you receive a phone call. That could be a bug in the Motorola A1 firmware, that needs fixing.
