I recently bought a Alcatel 1S (2019) and only have the default ringtone (fresh) With no audio profiles to change to where are all the addition ringtones on the phone or where can I find them.

Go to settings, sounds and notifications, ringtones. There should be a drop down menu

Thanks for your reply.

There is no drop down menu and when I click ringtone under audio profiles all I see is one ringtone called Fresh and when I click that it says “There is no ringtones to use”

It’s the same with Notifications it shows Default notification sound, Success. When I click that it tells me “There is no ringtones to use”

When I check internal storage and click files and ringtones it says No items.

Install Zedge from the play store, you can download any sound for any ringtone and notifications also

What has happened to the original ringtones and where can I recover them from.

Did you have choices of ringtones before?

I’m not sure as I upgraded the firmware first

Hi Wally, did you get to the bottom of this? I've just bought this phone and I've got the same as you, no choice of ringtones or notifications. Thanks Jessica
