Certified As A YouTube Signature Device!

They are compliant with Digital Rights Management (DRM) copy protection to assure the intellectual property of content creators and other YouTube partners

I assume that only applies to premium things like YouTube TV, etc.Which is not available to me anyway. I don't have a "zip code".

So I can assume that it makes it harder (if not impossible) to download?
