Help PlayStore Library

Hi Kim Mett, welcome to Android Forums.

As far as I'm aware Play Store Library is a list of all apps that have been downloaded for a particular account which are not installed on the device currently accessing Play Store which is why it is headed 'Not on this device', and every app has an install button.

So by definition I would say no, it is not possible.

This is my understanding as well.
But it will show apps that you downloaded briefly 10 years ago and then removed within seconds of starting them (which I've done many times: "this looks interesting; oh, it wants me to create an account/sign in with Facebook with no option to continue otherwise; no, not worth it; delete..."). And it will show apps which have never been installed on your current device but were on a previous or different device associated to the same account.

Hi - I need help
Is it possible for a Play Store Library to list apps that have Never been installed in a Google Account?
As the others have said, no, that shouldn't happen. Are you seeing something(s) in your Play Store Library that you don't recognize?
