At first I thought it was about Trump. Then when the red jacket guy was coerced to sign I thought no way. Then when the guy in the gold threads took the contract. I said "Putin" makes perfect sense.
Meriam-Webster has added COVID-19 to their dictionary already. I saw a prepped page use the phrase "Covidian miasma" and what looked like a does watchers page use the phrase "Covidan times". So I'm thinking it's an adjective.
The OP seems to imply it's use as a noun. That usage definition may have been on the Urban Dictionary pages at some point but no longer.
