Possibility of data copying without phone password

Welcome to Android Forums, Raikish! :)
Can data be copied from android phone to computer without knowing the phone password?
Yes. No. It depends!

If the phone is unlocked, yes.

If it's locked, no. I suspect this is the case in your scenario, but please clarify exactly what you're dealing with, and it'll be easier to provide better answers.

Is it possible for a mobile technician to access datas from an android phone without having the password. I have given my redmi 4 phone for battery replacement in a local shop. It took around 45 minutes for whole process to complete. He took the phone(without sim) to other shop also for collecting battery as that was not available with them. When I get my mobile back fingerprint sensor was not working(option was not showing in settings also) until I restarted the phone. The other thing is that I already disabled notification bar in lock screen but notification bar too was working in lock screen until I restarted the phone.

Yes @MoodyBlues , phone was turned off as battery was faulty.
Then you should be fine. A locked Android device should not be accessible from a computer. I think I'd just chalk up those quirky things to having had the battery pulled and changed. I don't see how the shop could've gained access to its data.

What about adb? I searched a lot and found that so many things can be done with adb.
Many things can be done, but you need to unlock the phone to turn USB debugging on first, and even if USB debugging had been left enabled you need to unlock the phone before it will work (on modern phones you need to authorise the particular computer to connect to ADB, but that also requires unlocking first). So you shouldn't need to worry about ADB either.
