After trying to fixing brick phone

I just brick y91i after trying to root but it seem that I brick but I install stock room after reaching at setting your phone option but there is no touch response all physical button are working but there is phone exception error please help me?

Are you sure you installed the correct ROM for your particular model and variant of the Vivo phone? It could be the ROM works, but maybe the kernel drivers are incompatible with this phone's touch-screen hardware? But as I don't know what variant you have and what ROM you installed, I don't think I can help you much more.

oh nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so that firmware i linked worked for you? just so you know this is what we call soft bricked. if you truly bricked your phone, you might as well throw your device away. there are no fixes for phones that are truly bricked.;)

there's not much info on your phone. i always look at xda.com as my main source for rooting phones. i also look to see if there is any developers support for any phone. for me no dev support=no fun. no dev support also equals no custom recovery or custom roms. this is the only reason i would ever want to root a phone.....especially having a custom recovery....that is key.

a custom recovery lets you make a complete backup of your phone called a nandroid backup....among other things recovery can do. i would not want to mess around deleting or flashing things unless i have a recovery.

and there really is not anything on xda save for this thread:https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/rooting-roms/how-to-unlock-bootloader-vivo-phones-t3686690

but i do not know if it applies to your phone or not.....sorry but you might be sol on rooting your phone.....next time pick a better phone that has support for rooting.....like a pixel phone.

How can I fix imei issue after flashing stock rom

If this phone has been blacklisted, flashing a ROM or switching SIM cards won't matter. Again, the IMEI is a phone identifier and its on a hardware level. The IMEI is tied to the phone itself, neither the version of Android its running nor the SIM have any relevance to the IMEI.
Check the IMEI on its status:

unblock? do you mean unlock? your phone should only have one imei number....so i'm not sure what you mean by "both IMEI NO." so only one sim card is working? have you talked to your provider? i would do so if you have not.
Yeah i have one imei but it show for both sim1 and sim2 but only 1 sim is registered and its working .. Unblock or unbrick
