Help SamsungCloud error message locked out of My Files

Pop up text message every few secords reads as follows:
.com.samsung.android.scloud.SamsungCloud is disabled. If I try to open a file in My Fies it just shuts down the My Fies folder. Basically I'm locked out of My Files. I logged out of Samsung account but that has no effect. Im not particularly computer savvy, so a simple explanation would be appreciated.

go to settings, apps, my files, enable.
samsungcloud, enable.
reboot the device
