I love my android. About 2 weeks ago. I plugged into my brother's car to recharge. A note came on phone that file ready to upload. I shut my phone off and unplugged. About 2 hours later her called for missing glasses. ( I was dropping them off at airport in their car) I said to myself have to turn around. I came across the radio. Ever since then my phone is acting up, very slow , microphone on calls seldom works. What happened to my phone.

You might have an app on your phone called File Manager, File Explorer, My Files or something similar. Did you make a video call or receive a short movie/video?
No. I didn't, and I also keep location off and bluetooth off, I keep cache cleaned out. I was told I might have tapped into their Bluetooth but mine was off. How would my voice come across their speakers? Confused and a little freaked out.

Cool.
I actually mocked Wi-Fi cars back in the 1990s/2000s. One score later it's a reality.
The Car company probably thinks it's a feature. It's only a feature if you can turn it off.
Was it a rental car?
No it was their car. My phone has been really acting up since then. Sometimes I can be talking to someone and they can't hear me. Messages are dropped. Very slow.

I'm afraid I find your descriptions of what's happened rather confusing and hard to follow. I think you are saying you hear your voice from the car's speakers. That's only possible if there is a connection between your phone and the car audio system, either wired or bluetooth (unless the car has WiFi and that's integrated with the stereo), or you have a live telephone connection (i.e. the car has an actual phone in it and you've inadvertently called that). There's no magic here, you just need to determine which.

I'd not go crazy about buying new phones yet. You say you can't reboot, but what have you tried? Holding the power key down for 15-20 seconds will force a restart on just about any phone, so if the software has got into a state that's the first thing I'd try.
