Help Quick question about phone/sd storage!

Hey guys! New user here...
But anyways,

I just got my 16 gb micro sd card but since I have had my Incredible since its release, I already managed to have a lot of stuff(pics, music, wallpaper, etc...) loaded on my older sd card (the 2gb that came with the phone).

Now my question is, what is the quickest and easiest way to transfer all my stuff to my newer card?

Without a card reader your only real option is to do the following:

-Connect your device to a computer with the 2gb card in it
-Enable Disk use
-Open My Computer and the SD card should show up as a drive
-Copy everything off of it to a folder on the computer
-Disconnect the phone, power it down, and switch out the SD cards
-Power up the phone and connect it to the computer again with disk mode enabled
-Copy the things that you put on the computer down to the new 16gb SD card
