Well all 3 are showing as "currently unavailable, we don't know when or if this item will be back in stock", so it probably doesn't matter much what people think of them. But unavailable within a week (in one case within 3 days) is a bit of a red flag for me in itself.
The first thing I'd say is "specs aren't everything". In fact spec sheets can mislead: a "high resolution" screen could still have poor colour saturation, contrast, black levels, backlight leakage, image retention, etc. A high megapixel camera could be combined with a poor lens and inadequate image processing and produce soft, dull images lacking in all detail. And that's assuming that they are even telling the truth: when I see claims of 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage plus extremely high resolution display plus high resolution cameras in a phone costing $150 I tend to have my doubts. If they've included lower specs and programmed the software to pretend it has higher (as "fake" clone phones often do) then by the time most customers work it out the seller will be long gone (and yes, Amazon marketplace sellers do sometimes sell fake goods: I've several times seen microSD cards with higher capacities than actually exist advertised there, for example).
Then there are the details that don't add up. The fact that all 3 list "10 core processor" and yet 2 of them identify the SoC as a
MTK 6889, which has 8 cores, makes me suspect that the manufacturers are at least careless about getting the descriptions right (the third one doesn't identify the SoC). The fact that one of those 2 claims a higher screen resolution than the 6889's specs say it can drive makes me even more suspicious (the other one that claims to use a 6889 doesn't specify the screen resolution beyond "high definition"). Put together it seems possible that they are lying about the SoC, the screen, or both.
And then there are the things they don't tell you: what 4G and 5G bands does it support? None of them say. But there are a lot of 4G and 5G bands, and if they aren't the ones your network supports you'll be limited to 3G (they do at least tell you which 3G bands it uses, so you can check compatibility there). This is something you should always check before buying a phone.
Overall, it's your money. But I wouldn't spend mine on such a phone.
