Ok.... Need help in understanding what is up? my phone won"t hard "RESET" when i hold VOLUME UP + HOME + POWER FOR 30- 60 seconds and nothing!!! Can someone tells me what does this means please? can't it be resolved ?

that is your download mode and is used in conjuction with odin to flash a firmware update. can you explain what is going on with your phone? be as detailed as possible.

was this a random event? did you drop it? was this after an update?

ok the only thing you can do is go to https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ find the firmware that is for your device. upon downloading the firmware sammobile will provide you details on how to flash it. unfortunately you will lose all of your data.

edit: make sure you have the correct firmware. flashing the wrong one could mess up your phone.

ok the only thing you can do is go to https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ find the firmware that is for your device. upon downloading the firmware sammobile will provide you details on how to flash it. unfortunately you will lose all of your data.

Frija is a better option for finding firmware as it will download the latest version based on the carrier code at full speed. Sammobile has very slow downloads.

No problem! I've used it many times and never had any issues with it.
