Backup image

A clone of the system and everything on it.
the only way to backup something like that would be to root your phone, install a custom recovery, and make a nandroid backup. a nandroid backup is a complete backup of everything on your phone.

unfortunately your device does not have a development community to support it.

but if you feel like you want to learn about rooting, i found this:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/how-to-root-acer-iconia-one-10-b3-a40.3800916/

in it you can find some posts from xda member droidriven, where he posts some ideas. basically you can learn how to port the twrp recovery for your device, then flash magisk to complete the rooting process. afterwards you should be able to make a nandroid backup.

Android OS is totally different than a PC OS.... As explained above, that is your only option.
IF you don't want to root your device, you'll need to backup everything separately. Google photos will automatically back up your photos and videos...
Google contacts will automatically back up your contacts.
The Play store will automatically back up your apps.
And you'll need to find a sms backup app that can save your messages.
Keep in mind you'll lose your app data also.
