How do I change icon text to black on my Android?

What device do you have? On my Samsung note 10+ I can do this by changing themes. I can't see any other way however. I have the Nova launcher and it can pretty much do everything as far as customizing except for what you ask for..... lol

Themes basically. Launchers too have very infinite settings.
