I have a very old Samsung Galaxy Ace 2x (GT-s7560m) and I would like to upgrade to android 7, i know its possible, using Odin but I cant find any Roms

yep your phone is too old. you need to root it, get a custom recovery, and then flash a custom rom. the problem is that your phone is very old and even it is possible, the links to get a custom recovery and rom will most likely be bad. android developers usually will post the files on file sharing websites, but they usually will support them for only a certain amount of time as some of them costs money to host them.

you can use odin to flash both recovery and rom, but i doubt you will find any active links. do a search over at https://www.xda-developers.com/

if you find any links that works, please, if you can, post them here to help others who might have the same idea as your.

Hello, check https://forum.xda-developers.com/f/galaxy-ace-ii-android-development.1983/ for the Galaxy Ace2. You will find many up to date ROMs for it. One maintainer has posted a lot of ROMs and even Android 9, but you will need to re-size the /System partition in order to flash it.
