How to get rid of the popup notification in text messaging?

How to get rid of the popup notification in text messaging?

Two days ago I got a new Galaxy S21 Plus 5G
I'm having issues with my text message showing popups such as "Message saved as a draft" or "Copy to clipboard" or "You will no longer receive any calls or messages from this number" sometimes right in the middle of the keyboard area and I can't see two rows of letters, so I can't continue my message! This won't go away while texting AND stays on even if I go to another page like home page, gallery etc. I do deliveries and I have to text a lot of times for directions with customers and can't with this on my screen. This popup message will stay on at least five minutes until it goes away. Before with my S9+ it would popup for a few seconds and then go away... I'm OK with that, but five minutes!!!

What the heck is this and how do I get rid of it???

This shows up on my home screen too and looks like this:
(last night it showed up in the middle of my keyboard, didn't do that today but still want it gone)

what texting app are you using? try wiping it's cache and data (you will lose your conversations if you do so back those up first). or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. if it is samsung's texting app, then you can try wiping only.
OKAY! I just notice it sometimes happened in a other programs like gmail, I did a draft and saved it and got a popup saying "Saved as a Draft". So, not just texting but also email etc. This must be a system or software problem? See attached pics. And this last one stayed on for over 15 minutes before disappearing!

I've had this phone only for two days and haven't changed anything, so it has to be whatever app is on the new phone.
Maybe this happened when they transferred everything over from my S9+ phone?

Anyways, how do I wipe the cache & data... AND I don't want to lose some of the messages, so how do I download and save those. I've never done either before.

go to settings>apps>find the app you want>select wipe cache and select data(this most likely will delete your text messages.)

to backup text messages use SMS Backup & Restore

what keyboard are you using?
I'm using whatever came on the new phone. I haven't changed anything yet. This is not just the texting app either, it's also the email and sometimes other programs. AND it doesn't happen all the time, it's random. Most of the time, it pops up then goes away after a few seconds. I'm Ok with that as that is what it did before.

Very Frustrating. Like on my delivery job, if I have to stop and text the customer for address instructions and that popup is there, I can't finish the text as the popup covers some of the keyboard. My deliveries are time sensitive and I don't have time to waste.

then i would either re-flash a firmware update or i would do a factory reset. that should fix any software bug you have. just make sure that you back up accordingly because your data will be gone otherwise.

Okay, problem solved. They have dummies and smart employee's at T-Mobile. I got the smart one today.
I'm glad I didn't have to do a factory reset. It took him a little while but he found the problem after looking on T-Mobile's site.
It's in Settings.

Settings/Accessibility/Advanced settings/Time to take action -> Default which is a few seconds before the popup goes away. Problem solved. It was set on 2 minutes, but stayed on much longer than that, like 5-10 minutes.

So hopefully this will help someone down the road.

YOU are the first person I've come across who not only gave the actual fix, but gave the complete and correct path to find it finally! I reset mine for 30 seconds to see if that shorter amount of time works for me. I wish I could give you a big hug!!!
