Unwanted Apps will not delete - help please

Motorola Moto G4, Android 7.0
Easy Uninstaller found these apps, not appearing in the main app list :-
App Box; My Consumer Cellular; Prip OMEGA (2 versions); Republic Wireless
None of these was installed by me and they will not uninstall.
Google searches suggest they might be for phone or wifi networks in foreign lands which I have never visited.
What are they doing on my phone and how can I get rid of them ?

if there is no option to uninstall, then that means that these are system apps that came with the phone.....not much you can do. you can always root the phone to gain permission to read and write onto the system partition......then you can go ahead and delete your os to your hearts content.

Those are American carriers. I take it you're not in the US? But it sounds like you got a US carrier version phone. I don't think you will be able to remove them, not without somehow rooting your phone.

Thank you both for your help.
Looks like I will have to leave them then just wasting space !

Some devices do land in foreign places, far far away. Like this Verizon(US carrier) tablet on sale in China, a long way from home.

The Motorola Moto G4 was released in 2016, it's a five year old model running a no longer support version of Android. Since you purchased it 'new', that department store sold you a dated, carrier-branded phone. Most likely bulk surplus that the store obtained at bargain pricing. Hopefully you bought at a bargain-bin price.

The new Verizon tablet I posted(also discontinued and no longer supported), I suspect it never even left Guangdong Province, where it was made, and just ended up for sale on Taobao at bargain pricing.

BTW I remember when the Ellipsis tablet was once the darling of AF and Phandroid.
