Help use a android dispositive as a processor

hello everyone, I would like to try to make a little thing but I don't know if it is feasible (with the knowledge I currently have available)
at the beginning he wanted to do everything with the raspy (but I'm seeing that it takes too many sensors integration what else)
I have a camera the video output of this camera I would like to send it on an LCD screen (which will be mounted on glasses)
I would like to use an android device to be placed between the camera and the glasses
video transmission from the camera to the android device will be via wifi
and the transmission from the android device to the glasses will be via cable (analog output)
I would then like to add in addition to the video of the camera also the time, date, battery, etc.)
(I thought I would take a phone, remove all apps, processes and all unnecessary things, connect an analogue analogue output for video
and always leave the wifi enabled, maybe create a little program that as soon as it detects the wifi of the camera, the streaming video starts
