how can I choose which app to select from to upload file

Hi,
I have a problem. if I try and upload a file to an app or to a website I have to select from myfiles or gallery! what can't I select other apps, or how can I choose which app to select from.

what kind of files are these? not exactly sure i understand your question. can you explain more? what are you trying to do?

You can.
If you install a different gallery app, such as F Stop gallery, you can choose it if you are uploading pictures or video.
You can also install a different file explorer, such as Solid Explorer, for uploading files or images.
But by default, android will always ask what app to open / upload files with, as long as they are installed on your device
