What can I do to speed up my phone?

It's extremely lagged, very not responsive, I am not playing game with it and I personally don't play game with mobile phone. Is there any way to speed it up without deleting all data? I have some data on a particular app that cannot be copied without another phone but at the moment I really don't have another phone

What is slow? If web pages are slow that's your data connection, either a poor signal or you could be over your data limit and be throttled down to slow 2G speeds.

This is going to sound a little preachy but backing up your data frequently is really important, it's just not a good practice to have data stored only on a phone. Being so mobile and barely,marginally reliable for any kind of long-term archiving, the chances of your phone being stolen or lost is one risk and if your phone's hardware fails or the operating system corrupted is another big risk. If you don't have access to a computer to back up to locally, at the very least back up as much as you can to an online storage service (i.e. Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.)

But getting back to your actual query, if your phone is acting sluggish have you gone through all your phone's Settings options to see if you can optimize it bit? There are options for Battery Optimization and a lot of apps that continuously go online for updating incoming messages and things can be set to either adjust frequency or be set to be manually updated. Disabling some apps/services that you don't use might help too, just be careful not to uninstall anything that you do rely on, and keep in mind that some services you might not think are important are used by other apps. Uninstall any apps you've installed and no longer use. Remove any widgets you don't use, that can save a lot of system resources when there's no need to have all those animated windows.

This is a long-standing tip that might make at least some improvement, there are three optional settings that affect the basic animations on your phone. You need to enable Developer options to access them, instructions here:

Their defaults are 1x so if you set them to 0.5x or Off that should make a slight improvement in general responsiveness. To get a better appreciation on how much this can change things, try 2x or 5x as an experiment and use your phone to do different things. The difference between Off and 2x is really notable, if you don't need or want the typical eye-candy effect, use 0.5x or Off.

That's a good point.

To the op....the Q6 came out in 2017...... That processor is probably old and worn out by now. Phones, by design, are made to last 3-4 years.......which is exactly the range your phone is in now.

Sure a factory reset will help clean things out as well as optimizing your phone as suggested by @svim will all help......but only to a degree.

But once you do all that, it is only time that the phone will run sluggish again.

So I would start looking for a much newer phone sometime in the near future.

If you can deal with it...
every Google atrocity on the device that you can do without should be disabled.

The worst offender is Google Play Services, but many things are tied into that one.

Any apps that you don't use should be uninstalled, or if there are bloatware system apps you don't use they should be disabled.

If you have opened your developers options, you can gain a tiny bit of speed by decreasing or eliminating the circled items below.

Tap each one and select a lower value, or even off.

Also in developers options, you can check your running apps.
This will tell you all apps that are running at the moment.
It can also tell you which app(s) are slowing down the device by using too much memory and/or running constantly.

I have a few more tricks up my sleeves, but try these first.
