Hi, just bought a new phone and decided to have a look at podcasts, now everytime I open the phone I have annoying notifications.
Tried switching the notification thing off in settings but it's still there.
Also,is it possible to delete the podcast activity, lets me highlight the ones I want to delete ,but no delete buttons.
Thank you.

when you said you decided to "take a look at podcasts".....what does this mean? did you download a podcast app? if so which one? where are these notifications? in your notification bar? or are these popups?
One was a NASA podcast, and the other was a comedy thing.the NASA one continues to keep popping up,tried switching off all notifications.

go into google podcast app. hit the 3 dots at the very top right and select settings. go down until you see notifications and look for "new episodes from your subscriptions" and make sure that it is disabled. also make sure that "show personalized recommendations" is turned off as well.
