apps act differently on front screen vs big screen

so i noticed that some apps act differently. for instance the wellsfargo app, i can use the fingerprint reader on the front screen, but when i fold out the phone, i can't use the fingerprint reader. i have to enter my credentials manually. it is weird.

anybody else have apps that act differently like that?

have not see that on apps i use. could be something in your settings.

i dont use wells fargo, but can you list some other apps you have that you see doing this so i can test?

there is a setting for this.....on the front screen in the wellsfargo app. but when unfloded, there is no option to use the reader.....it is odd.

also zedge does not recognize assigning a wallpaper for both screens and lockscreens. you can set a wallpaper and lockscreen when it is unfolded. but when you are using the front screen you have to go back into zedge and assign a wallpaper as well as the lockscreen.

perhaps in time, these 3rd party devs may make there apps more "fold" friendly in the coming months.. if it ruins your user experience, maybe send a bug or feature report to the devs inquiring about this.

So when I click my "Apps" button, I get six pages of Apps in alphabetical order. All apps on page 1 open as they should. All apps on pages 2 & 3 open my camera no matter which icon I click. All apps on pages 4-6 open nothing. Nothing happens at all when I click any of them. This is when The fold 3 is open. When closed on the front screen there are no problems; all works as it should. So wassup with the big screen???

Oh, and btw....im using a "Plus One" Launcher, in case that's relevant?

Yeah I was afraid that might be the cause....a plus one launcher

Do I need to uninstall the launcher?

Are there any launchers available that work with this phone?

Yeah, it might be the launcher.

I'm using Nova with the prime( it is their one time payment option that unlocks a ton of features)

I have none of the issues you are having.
