Help YAATA Doesn't Make Sound

Got my new Pixel 6 Pro with Android 12 and it seems YAATA has lost the notification sound. Where do I go to set this sound for YAATA? I have the default notification sound set in Sounds & Vibration, but YAATA doesn't seem to pick it up.

not familiar with the app. there is nothing within the app's settings to change notification sounds? you might need to wait until the app gets updated or contact the developer. have you tried other texting apps?

Settings - Apps & notifications - Notification management,
Select that app, enable notifications as well as ring.

In addition, make sure the app isn't sleeping, and disable both data save mode and power save mode.
