Hello,
I'm new to Samsung S20 FE 5G. New to Samsung all together. Figured out a few things, but can't seem to figure out how to turn up the volume when I listen to voice mail. The phone's volume is turned up all the way, and still voice mail is like a whisper. It has to be something simple, but escapes me.
Thanks for a solution.

I've got a Galaxy Note20, and there's no voicemail on this phone.

Voicemail is provided by your carrier.(Verizon). So it's probably something that's common to them.

So. My husband, who is not smart phone savvy, went to the phone's (Samsung S20 fe) manual and discovered: when you go to an individual voice message to listen to it, there is a speaker icon. If you touch it, the volume goes up. I think it depends on how many times you touch it to also turn down volume or. Seems like the "must be something simple" that I was expecting Samsung support to point out. BTW this is the same on my iphone.
