I cannot access my videos to upload i.e. to Facebook

I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro, Android 11 RKQ1.200826.002, 6.00GB Ram, Internal storage: Available storage 47.17 GB/ Total storage 128.00 GB, and I have recently installed a SanDisk Ultra 128 GB microSDXC Memory Card. As far as I am aware my phone is not rooted. I have only recently since installing my memory card, started having this problem, in the past everything has been fine. Whether I can explain the matter sufficiently clearly, is another matter. I noticed it when I took a some photos and video with my phone, and then tried uploading them to Facebook. I wrote my post clicked on add photos and video, but only my photos showed in my gallery! and therefore although I was able to load my photos to the post I was unable to load the videos to Facebook !? I know that my videos are on my phone because I stumble across them, while trying various other senaros, like trying to add them to WhatsApp.... then I can see them on my phone, but still cannot add them to anything ? but I can play/watch them? Can anyone please help me sort this out? I suspect that it has something to do with my blundering about in File Manager when I installed the memory card I'm afraid to say that File Manager is not my forte! I also cannot upload them to my PC using USB cable.... no problems doing this in the past!

It should show up your timeline

Also you can download everything massively to your comp too, head to account settings > Download your data.

Thanks for your answer However I am totally confused by your answer, It seems to bear no relation to my question? Have you misunderstood me by any chance? I am not refering to facebook live ?

Hmmm... Sorry mate, hehe... Sound like a massive pickle, I know in the past when I did fb videos, they would show up, not talking about the fb live either, so I am stranger of this question.. I am opping out.
