How do I clear ALL defaults in my four browsers in Android 12?

In Android 10 I was able to clear all defaults in my multiple browsers so that each time I clicked on a web link, I was given the choice of desired browser. I want that.

In Android 12 I see no way to clear all browser defaults. Always one browser is a default. I don't want this.

How do I clear ALL defaults in my four browsers in Android 12?

From Google Play Store: Installed Better Open With and made it the default browser. Now clicking on a web link presents all installed browsers from which to choose.

@ puppykickr Thank you for your reply. I couldn't manage to make Open Link With the default browser because it did not show up in Settings/Apps/ChooseDefaultApps in Android 12.

No, it may not show up there.

It should however show up when you go through the settings of the app.

As for not finding the setting to clear all defaults (which will clear for all apps, btw), try this.

(Yes, I realize that this issue seems to be solved, but I loathe the PlayStore and apps from it (basically loathe Google, period.))

overflow (3 dots upper right)
Show system
overflow (again)
Reset app preferences

Also, in that app (Open With), you share the link, not just tap it.

Touch and hold any link, and the copy/paste menu will open.

Select share, and then your sharing options will appear.

You may select Open With, which will then open a menu of apps that you have previously selected when setting up Open With.

Alternatively, you can select any other sharing option.

The benefit of Open With is that it is supposed to remember what you use to open different things with, then do that automatically.
