Help SSL Cert. Error, tried nearly everything

A month ago I noticed I couldnt visit many websites, use many apps, ie. discord, snapchat, youtube, and noticed it was an SSL thing according to the device. I tried fixing the time (it was normal), clearing browsing and cache, even factory reseting my phone, and now I can't even connect to wifi and I'm still having the SSL issue. I can't find anything like this anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?

I only have the issue when I'm on a data connection, everything works fine on wifi.
I'm sorry I'm not sure I understand. What data are we talking about? If you have WiFi, your data is coming thru that connection. If you use cellular than your data is coming from 4G or 5G. But you can't use both.

I once had the same issue as you. Worked fine on wifi, but not on lte. Turned out to be a faulty sim card which I got replaced. May not be the same issue for you, but something to consider.

Try powering off the phone and removing the sim card then placing it back and turning your phone on.

Lemme rephrase it, when I'm at home or connected to wifi, I don't have the issue. When I'm out and am only connected to cellular, the ssl issue persists
