Google has announced that 100,000 new Android OS phones are being activated daily.
Apple sold on average 97,222 phones per day in Q1.
I don't have Apple's current per day sales figures, but unless they have pushed it up a notch (which recent data suggests is not the case), then Google may very well be outselling the iPhone Globally.
If it isn't outselling the iPhone it is certainly surprising (not that it is, just that it is already).
So, Google is either close to, or already, outselling the iPhone Globally.
