Which T-Mobile phone should replace Behold II

Now that I am hating my phone because of no upgrade, I want another one, so which is the best T-Mobile phone to replace it or should I wait for another one that is coming out soon?

Thanks guys!

I am going with the Mytouch 3G Slide when my upgrade comes due on June 21st.

Although a subsidized price on the Nexus one may sway me.

One phone I will not touch is the Galaxy S that's for damn sure.

The Samsung devils can go back to hell for eternity.

Nexus One or MT3GS but Nexus will get all the latest updates first due to it being googles device until Nexus Two comes out which I assume will be very soon because Nexus One is a few months away from being outdated entirely hardware wise.

Nexus one, MT3G or Sprint Evo. My contract ends tommorow so I need to make a decision soon because Im getting my own line. Im really leaning on switching to Sprint for the Evo, but hate that they don't have sim cards. If I get the mt3g im paying the full amount though so I can keep my EM+ plan. I really want the nexus one though, but don't think it's worth adding $20 to my plan.

Mytouch 3G Slide will be $300 off contract at Walmart but you can not make payments like you can through T-mobile.

I see it but believing it that is hard to do. Maybe temporary price... there has to be a catch. $300 is like a craigslist price not new out the box price. if its true though I will most certainly be buying it or Nexus One. I will have to do a trial and error at kiosks in the mall and in stores for at least a month before I decide.

They don't give an option for buying it without a plan though but we shall see once it comes out what changes.

In store with new Contract is 179.99 with a $50 mail-in Rebate

Ohhh I thought it was 179.99 after MIR. Thats awesome. Are most of you guys doing the 2 year plan or the 400 straight up?

Does anyone know if i pay 400 straight up if I can still get phone insurance? Do they lock in the $80 monthly plan for 2 years?

I don't mind the contract, it's just them making you pay for a plan thats $80 a month, when you can get the same thing for $60.

I am on a family plan and it is cheaper for me to get a contract.

I am on the 700 min myfavs plan for $60 3 lines, 2 lines have smartphones at $25 each one dumbphone, and unlimited text for all lines for $15

wow...ok, it's apparently bed time for me, since I can't make arithmetic work. Which is sad, since I have a BA in Math.

And you'd save $209 over a 2 years contract by going unsubsidized.

oh, and I'm pretty sure handset protection is available either way. I know they tried to get me to pay for it after I RMA'ed my first BH2 (I paid cash, since I have the fabled $5.99 data plan).

No Myfavs is a big deal. We would have to go atleast on the 1500 minute plan because the only people we really talk to with T-mobile is......... well us.

We use roughly 2,000 myfav minutes alone.

So $120 +$10 for an added line is $130 plus all the taxes and surcharges.......... we only pay $140 a month now.

My girlfriend got her Cliq for free instead of $350 and I will get the slide for $130 instead of $400 saving and her mom got the Nokia Nuron for free instead of $180 we saved $800 on phones and are bill is about the same as what we would have to get on the EM+ plan.

It is really about what works for you.

Oh and if I do not like my phone I too can buy another at the full price.

Got to try the MT3GS today and I must say...... I will pass.

Does not seem faster than my BH2 with stock 1.6 with a lil' overclocking.

The keyboard is crammed with little buttons.

This shiny finish just calls for smudges and fingerprints not to mention is kinda slick.

Now I am torn between staying with samsung for the Galaxy S (NO), going away from android with the HD2 (doubtful) or trying to get T-mobile to send me a Cliq and hoping it gets 2.1 (I won't use my upgrade for but if its sent with their no lemon policy I will take it) or leaving T-mobile all together (Hello Droid Incredible)

Ok, for the past 2 weeks or so I've become concerned that my phone might break, perhaps the touchwiz launcher might get corrupted somehow or something. As if all of a certain hexadecimal character in the file were somehow replaced with another character, making the whole thing machine gibberish. Some time in the future. Like one day the MT3GS and the N1 hit stores, the next day, poof, my bh2 suddenly stops works. I know, spooky.

If that utterly unlikely, purely hypothetical scenario, were to come into being, would I be able to exchange it for a less worthless phone?
I have already had to return 1 bh2.

Policy wise no you need to be on fourth exchange but if you are a good talker then...maybe. You need to be on your game cause the "mandatory" exchange is a blackberry 9700...not android and certainly not the new mytouch. If the mytouch is what you want you should stop trying to lie and be honest. I did and I got everything I wanted but they didn't just say ok take it...I had to do some talking and earn it.
