Did anyone contact any lawyer or the better business bureau so far?
I would not be so quick to say that T-Mobile is not responsible for this, I think that if they wanted the upgrade to be done, Samsung would have done it. Samsung released Android 2.1 for Samsung Moment that is sold by Sprint, so how difficult is it for them to release an update for Behold 2?
And where is Google in all this? The BH2 has the Google name printed on the back. Don't they have a vested interest in solving this mess? It's a cautionary tale for people to choose the iPhone over Android, because you are guaranteed at least 36 months of support for your smart phone. With Google, nothing is guaranteed, not even for a week.
