Has Anyone heard if local stores have started to get these back in stock?

My store said by Saturday they will have received a BIG shipment, I am going to give them a call tomorrow, but just wanted to see if anyone's stores had mentioned when they were getting more in stock.
 
From the research I have found, Best Buy Mobile(the stores in Malls) are the most likely to have the Dinc in stock. The CSR at BB Mobile told me the stores who sell the most get the most. So Best Buy Mobile pretty much only sell phones, therefore they will be selling a higher volume of phones and will more than likely get phones before anyone else. Also you may want to target more affluent areas. I called 20+ stores and the only store who had any (5) in the tri-state area was a BB mobile at North Point Mall in Alpharetta, GA. Just keep calling around.

this holds true in eastern PA also. mobile stores especially...

The reason I ask is because they have to replace my Incredible because they gave me a Refurb, and they said the only way they can do this in store is to open a box in front of me with a brand new one, and give me that one.

They sent me a refurb before and didn't have any more new ones. They told me the 28/29th was when they were getting their next shipment.

I was told that the incredibiles are out of stock in both online and in stores and the stores wont be getting them till sometime mid june.

And the problem is if you need to replace your incredibile if there is a problem, you might not be able to wait since your 30days grace period would be up. They cant move back the 30days grace period, but will charge you now for the replacement and send it to you when it arrives. They refund the difference when you ship the broken one back.

Don't go to the Verizon stores. The employees are incredibly unhelpful and they never have the phone in stock.

To get the phone, you gotta keep calling and checking your local Best Buys online to see if they have any in stock.

I agree. Check the best buy website today. 4 of the 5 local stores in my area have them in stock. I picked one up at 10am this morning.

Pretty frustrated here since I called my local best buy yesterday to be informed that they were "SOLD OUT nation wide" So I just purchased it online and received the 6/18 shipping date not the 6/22 >whew<.

So then today I decide to check the stock of my local best buy and to my surprise two stores have them in stock I call the first one and I am told that all 8 DI are on hold till the end of the day, That's fine so I call the next one they tell me there are four left and two people are in line buying one each I ask hey can you hold one for me and the CSR says no company policy wont allow it, So I call internet sales to cancel my order (since its on back order) the lady behind the phone with attitude problems tells me from her ivory tower that she cannot cancel it and that I have to wait until next month. Now its just a phone and I'll have it soon enough but I feel like customers who purchased online and renewed a two year contract should have a little bit of higher priority here in this situation.

With that said she told that some orders ship sooner then others so whatever,Basically I was upset that since I had no package being shipped to me withing the next 2 weeks that I should be able to cancel my order but no.

I ran into this same problem. "The order has already been processed." But I was one of the people at a best buy at 10am this morning and found a work around. I bought mine today from BB at the $200 price because my contract wasn't extended until a new phone was activated. So now I have the one from BB, and I will be receiving another in the mail. Once the shipment comes, I can refuse the package and it will go back to Verizon. Once they get the phone back they will credit my account what I paid with no restocking fee. Your out the $200 until the phone ships, but if your impatient like me and a BB near you has the phone, its an option.

the best buy mobile by me didnt show up on the online search when looking for the phone .BB employee at one of the stores told me to trry mobile store and gave me the number . had one left and still had it when i got there 20 min later .his store showed 2 in stock but one was a return and one was display . make sure you call .

I'm also waiting for my DI and had a ship date of 6/18 when I purchased. I was thinking of checking the best buy stores but decided to just wait it out. My phone is still working and it will be all the sweeter when it finally shows up. I guess it would be a little different if my phone was messed up though.
