I saw on their online inventory 2 stores near me had stock. Called them at 10am the minute they opened to hold one for me. Anyone in the Los Angeles South Bay area, the BB on Rosecrans had 5 of them still when I left. Now I just need my Seidio case to get here and make sure I don't drop it.

yeah I checked 4 best buy around me and they have them in stock but I had already placed my order with VZ website, son of *****so i`m stuck waiting for mine from VZ

no your not i have one on order still that i will simply refuse when its delivered i picked one up from best buy yesturday and was talking on it befor i left the store

The funny thing is I noticed on best buys website that a couple of their stores near me had them in stock. I had some questions about my employee discount, so I went to verizon's live chat, and the chick told me, at least 3 times, that it's not possible that Best Buy has them in stock.

Got mine from San Antonio today, they got 3 in last night. So some do have them like the OP said. I called and had them set aside the last one. Charging as we speak )

Huh.... so some or most BB's get maybe 3-10 every week or two and VZW'S DONT.? id bet VZW's get thousands every week however they get thousands+ordered. they cant keep up.

Ok how about this for my first post. Got one at the Downey BB today. Most all of the other BBs said they were holding whatever they had for the pre orders. The Donwey guy told me they had enough to cover the pre orders and even if they didn't since it was already released he didn't have a problem selling them first come first serve.

I just got the last two at Best Buy in Beaverton, OR. The salesperson said Best Buy was outselling the Verizon stores.

I managed to grab one at a Best Buy in San Diego. Several stores showed stock online but I suggest calling first as much of the stock seemed to be sold already just not picked up so still in the system.

You can't cancel online you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then refuse the shipment.
