Its made to fit the phone. I would imagine if your case has the same grooves on it like the phone, then it should work. I'm getting one for my Inc. Too but got the clear case to go over,so you can see the skin through it. Used to have one on my iPhone...loved it.

Thats a great idea with the clear case. To the OP as far as skinning the innocase I imagine it should work BUT its not going to stick to the innocase as well as it will to the naked Incredible so it may not last as long and the obviously everything is going to fit kind of small due to the larger size of the case compared to naked Incredible.

I used Skinit for my laptop skin, but don't think I would use them for my cellphone tbh... Skins never stick well to cellphones IMO
