If they won't cancel it do what some others on here have done, and turn the delivery away when it gets to you, don't sign and and say you don't want it, it will be sent back with no restocking fee's this way.

well that was the 5th line on family plan, is it considered a line until activated?, or cancel and get a 5th line at best buy and refuse the fedex order
When you activate a phone, its like signing a contract, so until you activate you should be fine, just refuse the shipment and you should be fine, pretty sure, lots of people have done it on here

Yeah, since you haven't activated the phone nor called in to agree to the terms and condition, there is no contractual obligations for you. Just refuse the shipment and buy wherever you found it, and open the contract there.

After the phone reaches them, i'm sure they will refund you, but don't expect it anytime soon... big red like to hold on to there refunds as long as they can. So prob within 7-14 days or something.
